Polish Journal of Agronomy (PJA) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering topics connected to broad-sense crop production and agriculture-related environmental issues. It publishes original, peer-reviewed research papers, review articles and communications.

Topic areas

– agronomy (cultivation, fertilisation, plant protection, breeding, mechanisation);

– natural sciences relating to agriculture (microbiology, soil science, biochemistry, plant physiology, genetics, ecology/environmental protection);
– crop production economics;
– agricultural production area management.

Our aim is to disseminate scientific achievements by publishing the results of research work carried out at research institutes, universities, agricultural advisory centres and other agriculture-related institutions. Currently authors do not incur any costs for publishing articles in PJA. As an additional convenience, the preparation of manuscripts is made as technically simple as possible. All articles published in PJA are made available to readers without restriction under a CC BY-SA licence.
