Why do we collect and process data?

Your personal data have been collected in connection with the conclusion of a contract and/or a completed form/ as well as during the performance of the contract, your consent will be processed for the following purposes:

  • providing services related to the process of registration, editing and publishing an article in the Polish Journal of Agronomy
  • sending newsletter

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

Any processing of your data must be based on an appropriate legal basis, in accordance with applicable law. IUNG-PIB processes your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) of the GDPR for the purpose of enabling us to perform a contract you have concluded with us or to perform activities you have ordered from us prior to the conclusion of the Contract, in particular:

  • providing services related to the process of registration, editing and publishing an article in the Polish Journal of Agronomy

In addition, the legal basis is the necessity to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator and the necessity for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, such as answering your letters and requests.

We assure you that we make every effort to ensure that entities that cooperate with us in a reliable and lawful manner protect your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws.

You have the right to request access, rectification, transfer, deletion or restriction of the data concerning you or to object to the processing. If we have based the processing of your personal data on your consent - you also have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn. Your consent is independent of the time you use the services and is valid until revoked. Your consent means that you can receive personalised marketing information and offers for products and services at the e-mail address or telephone number you provide and that you can contact us by phone for the same purpose.
